Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us. Please email melisa@mamellux.com to request an RMA and a prepaid return shipping label.
🚨 Important: Items sent back without an approved RMA will not be accepted. Due to the nature and value of our jewelry, all returns must be shipped using the prepaid label provided by MaMèl Lux to ensure proper handling and insurance.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us right away if:
- Your item arrives defective or damaged.
- You receive the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Customized jewelry (including special orders/ personalized items or resized) cannot be returned.
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item first by requesting the RMA. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card issuers may take additional processing time. If more than 11 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at melisa@mamellux.com.
