At MaMèl Lux, we take great care in ensuring that your fine jewelry arrives securely and on time. We exclusively ship via FedEx and require a signature upon delivery for all orders to guarantee safe receipt.

Shipping Options & Rates

We offer the following FedEx shipping options:

• Economy (5 to 8 business days) – Free on orders over $1,000

• Standard (3 to 4 business days) – $19.99

• Express (1 to 2 business days) – $49.99

Processing Times

• Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days before shipping.

• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

• Deliveries may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.

International Shipping
